How to Receive Your Product

All products will arrive via a common carrier.
Inspect the shipment thoroughly before you sign for it.
Refuse if damaged.
If no damage is evident, sign for it, but include the words "Subject to Inspection" along with your signature.
Any hidden damage must be reported to the freight company within 24 hours of delivery.
Customer is responsible for filing all claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer.
All deliveries are curb-side.
The delivery company will call to set up a delivery time.

If you need to make a return, there is a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges.

If the product is returned to us damaged, we will refuse it.
