IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING BACKBOARDS
We go to great lengths to make sure we send the proper replacement backboard. The model number of the goal is the best way to verify which backboard you need. It can sometimes be found on the back of the pole near the crank handle. It can also be found on the front of your owner's manual. If you can't find it in one of those two places please gather the following information and then call us.
- Measure the length and width of the backboard.
- Look at the logo in the bottom left hand corner. It will either say "Goalrilla" or "Goalrilla Glass".
- Look at the arms that attach the backboard to the pole. They will either come out straight from the pole and resemble an "H" or they will "Y" out.

Part of the actuator, the crank handle and pin allow you to adjust the height of the rim and backboard. The pin is removeable to restrict access to the hoop height adjustment mechanism.
These parts are designed for the current Goalrilla basketball systems. Although longer than the original crank handles on some older models, these parts will work with any Goalrilla basketball system ever made.
